Status Letter Request
You will need a WMHA Status Letter for the sale or refinancing of your home. It takes approximately 5 business days after receiving your request to process the letter.
The letter contains your current account status along with the annual dues amount. If you have an outstanding balance on your account it will be paid to WMHA at closing.
